Logic of work:

When the client first accesses the bot, it checks to see if the client exists in the database. If he is not, then he creates it. Next, the bot checks to see if there is an open opportunity (lid) for which the probqability is less than 100%. If there are none, the bot creates a new opportunity (lead). If there is - adds a message to it.

Settings:

activate developer mode and go to: Settings--Technical--Parameters--System Parameters. Fill in the parameter telegram.bot.token

telegeram.hi.message - this message after /start in Telegram

telegram.help.message - this message after /help ib Telegram

telegram.non_understend.message - if the user enters an incomprehensible string or sends an unsupported document format

telegram.sale.channel.id - id of the sales team in which the lead will be created
