Odoo Ringcentral Integration

This module allows you to make phone call, receive phone call, manage messages and keep track of logs.

Features:

- Allows to perform calling operations
- Also provides sending and receiving messages.
- Provides facility to view call and other logs.

Configuration in Ringcentral

Configuration in Odoo

The configuration of ringcentral will be as above,user has to add following fields:
-ringcentral server
-app key
-app secret
-redirect uri
-host and port number
The Ringcentral App Key will be your API Server URL in your ringcentral account, and Ringcentral App Secret will be your client secret of your ringcentral account as above mentioned.

Login in Ringcentral

To perform any operation in ringcentral module user has to login,after login in ringcentral user will able to view right side's menus.

Making a call via dialer

If user wants to make a call,user has to use module's dialer after dialing a number user will able to make call.
User will also able to view previous missed and other call logs.

Creating and sending messages

To compose the new message user has to click on chat icon and they can manage message operations,in this menu user is also able to view message history.

Viewing messages

Use message menu to view log of every type of messages.

Users contacts

Use contact list to fetch contacts of ringcentral application user.

Viewing missed and all call logs

If user wants to see every call logs,he/she can view call logs via above screen.

Managing Phone calls

If any phone call arrives, then call screen will appear as per above and user can either answer, reject or forward the call using above incoming call screen.
After accepting a phone call user will able to mute, set call on hold , record a phone call.User will also manage the phone call other things like phone call about and notes etc.
