Pragmatic has developed this module to serve Manufacturing business and industrial-supply companies usually refers to MRO(Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul).
Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) need this module to includes any activity related to the direct manufacture of goods, where MRO refers to any maintenance and repair activity to plan and manage.
Maintenance is to functional checks, servicing, repairing or replacing of necessary devices to match the original product.

While entering machine details, machine is considered as a product, user can differentiate machine from product use "Machine" boolean is ticked on product.
Creation Of Repair Order
Add Machine information to be repaired including machine and customer details, module also have facility to assign it to technician.

Machine Details/Info
In machine details user have option to select under guarantee 'Yes' or 'No'. With Paid or Free service and description regarding it.
Machine Diagnosis
Easy to create diagnosis in one click with the same information as repair order, then user can assign it to specific technician.
After creating diagnosis, user can see the option to assign technician to the repair order.
Assign To Technician
After Assigned it to technician, system will provide an option to create quotation.
Create Quotation
Now user can create a quotation based on that. Please see below image for the reference.
Work Order
Create Invoice From Sales Order
After creation of sales order and confirmation, user can create an invoice for the same.
After invoice payment, user will see the status of repair order is in Done state.
