Letter of authority for Ukraine
Allows print a letter of authority from Vendor Bill.
How to use this module
I. To configure, you need to fill in passport information for users:
- Go to the Employees - Employees menu.
- Open or create an employee.
- Fill in passport data on the Personal Information tab.
- Save the changes.
II. Create a new Vendor Bill.
- Input the Vendor Reference and Bill Date.
Go to the tab Letter of authority and fill in fields:
- Number of the letter.
- Select an Employee.
- Input the date of issue and valid until the date.
- Select a Director.
- Select a Chief Accountant.
- Click on Save.
III. Letter of authority printing.
- Click on the menu Print then on the menu item Letter of authority.
