In this helpdesk the employee can see his own as well as others helpdesk ticket,but i want the employee can see only his own ticket.Any record rule for this or any solution?

Error when installing this module: ParseError: "External ID not found in the system: helpdesk.module_category_helpdesk_management" while parsing /opt/odoo/custom_addons/helpdesk_lite/security/helpdesk_security.xml:8, near User
