Barrington House Limited was incorporated in 1999/2000 as a limited liability company with Mr. Harris as the major shareholder and principal director.

After several years as the head of BHL, Mr. Harris established a sole proprietorship Chartered Accounting Business in 2008 through which auditing and assurance services are provided. Barrington House Limited is the management company for the Chartered Accounting Business /Firm.

This Firm has several clients in Kingston, St. Andrew St. Catherine, and Clarendon, and is staffed with a cadre of experienced and dedicated staff and other qualified contractees, and an affiliate firm to provide the requisite technical skills to get the job done. The firm has been providing auditing, accounting, and taxation services to companies in various industrial and commercial sectors including the financial sector since its inception in 2008.
